Location and facilities were great, it was just off mall on level 2 and the center. The bed was comfortable overall. Nice building, where we stayed.

luxurious and incredible rooms, modern facilities, strategic location with transport links. affable and helpful personal, excellent service. convenient check-in & late check-out. the bed was comfy after a long flight. the bathroom was spacious, i loved that.

My time in Jakarta was wonderful because of this place, partly. Excellent service and extremely comfy bed. The bathroom itself was particularly good. Above average, delicious breakfast with helpful staff.
